When does the course start and finish?
The course starts now and it is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish.. Upon completion and successfully earning at least a score of 70% on the final test you will receive your certificate.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does one year access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for a year - across any and all devices you own.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, and you have not yet competed the course and received your certificate of completion we will give you a full refund.
When do I get the Certificate of Completion?
After viewing the course in total and receiving a passing score (70% multiple retakes allowed), you will recieve a certificate that you can download and send to your loan officer or loan processor.
